Have been using Simmental genetics since the late 70's. Started influencing the black hide in the early 90's. Sold our first Black Simmental Bulls in 1993. Since then, have strived to increase the homozygous black and polled. We want our cattle to have trouble free calving but yet have good growth and docility. In the End product have a marketed able carcass.
